Job Description
We require application support executives for our Passport Seva Project. We are opening passport offices in colaboration with Ministry of external affairs at various places in India. This requirement is for the support executives for our newly developed application for this project.• Provide first level support to users to perform operations.
• Understand user’s issues and problems and suggest work around if possible.
• Escalate where necessary to Central support group.
• Coordinate with central support team to resolve end users issues.
• Proactively monitor application behaviour and inform Central support team about anomalies.
• Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in PSK.
• Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.
