ONLY ME/ M.Tech (CSE, ECE, Embedded, VLSI, Power systems) graduates

DATE OF CAMPUS DRIVE: 24-03-2011 TIME: 8.30 AM TO 5 PM
SELECTION PROCESS: WRITTEN TEST,TECHNICAL INTERVIEW, HR
REGISTRATION: Rs 100/- (One Hundred Only)
Responsibilities:
Travel to colleges or IndiaCan centers to manage VSAT classes and labs. May need to stay in the college or IndiaCan center for the duration of the programs.
Coordinate with students, college/center management and program management team in Bangalore for conducting the programs smoothly.
Mentor students in all aspects related to the programs. For ex: explaining the concepts after VSAT sessions, providing help in doing assignments and project work.
Learn many technical areas to mentor students in many programs. For ex: Java/.NET/C/C++/Oracle etc. You will build depth in one or two areas of your specialization and breadth in many other areas.
Build good relationship with students and college/center management.
Resolve issues in colleges/centers quickly by talking to the college/center management. For ex: not enough lab computers, improper internet connectivity etc.
Evaluate assignments/tests/project work and give scores/feedback.
Contribute to course content (questions for quizzes/assignments/tests).
Profile/Skills and Essential Personal Attributes
• Fresh ME/M.Tech
• Good knowledge in one or more of the following areas: C/C++, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Java, JEE, Oracle, Networking.
• Ability and interest to learn other technologies and subject areas.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
• Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress.
• Self-motivated, proactive and uses initiative for process improvements.
• ME/ M.Tech (CSE, ECE, Embedded, VLSI, Power systems) graduates
Training:
On joining, you will attend 3 to 4 weeks of training and take up PurpleLeap certification on the skills you specialize and learn during the training.
