Eligibility Criteria · BSC - Maths, Electronics, Statistics, CS/IT & BCA
· Consistent aggregate marks of 60% in X, XII & Graduation
· 2009/2010 pass-outs only
· No B.E/B.Tech in this wave of hiring.
Work Location Any location across Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore & Pune.
Shifts Should be flexible to work in any shifts (including night shifts)

Job Description
· Remote management of client IT infrastructure like servers, OS, databases, network, etc
· Supporting Cognizant clients on troubleshooting issues relating to software, hardware & networking
· Understanding problems & providing remote technical resolution (telephone, mails and other tools)
· Escalating issues to specialized support groups for complex technical issues
· Coordinate on tracking status, providing updates & resolution confirmation.
Selection Process
· Step 1: Written Aptitude Test, followed by Communication & HR Interviews.
· Step 2:Candidates who are selected as Trainable in the communication round would undergo a 1 month communication training at a communication vendors place & joining would be subject to clearing the final interview post training.
